What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan to advance brand identity

Create marketing and public relations strategies to build relationships with targeted external audiences

Identify challenges and emerging issues, and define strategies to address them

Serve as a spokesperson and lead point person for media interactions

Recruit, manage, and mentor a communications team to execute the communications strategy

What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, either in-house or with an agency

Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier reporters and editors for media placements

Extensive writing and editing experience across various print and online media

Demonstrated leadership in managing a comprehensive strategic communications and media relations program

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns

Innovative thinker with a track record of translating strategic thinking into actionable plans

Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills

Experience measuring the ROI of communications activities

Energetic, flexible, and collaborative team leader
