Job descriptionEarn a base salary of $40,000–$45,000 with a realistic 6-figure OTE through bonuses and performance incentives. You’ll help individuals and families navigate legal challenges, giving your work purpose beyond the numbers. Business-casual culture, health contribution, and rotating Saturdays / early evenings to accommodate clients. Convert Legal Leads with Confidence. Engage with Potential New Clients (PNCs), listen deeply, uncover their legal needs, and guide them toward becoming firm clients. Deliver Empathy & Insight. You’ll spend up to an hour with each prospect, helping them envision a better future with the legal protection they need. Own the Sales Cycle. Follow up within 24 hours, maintain pipeline activity in our CRM, and exceed conversion targets through trust and follow-through. Facilitate a Smooth Handoff. Work hand-in-hand with attorneys and legal staff to ensure new clients feel supported throughout their journey. 2+ Years of Legal or Professional Services Sales Experience. If you’ve sold legal services, financial products, or handled high-touch client intake, you’re our ideal candidate. A Consultative Approach. You listen actively, uncover pain points, and guide prospects through emotional and complex decisions with clarity. Tech & Process Fluency. Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot is a plus), Microsoft Office, and managing leads with structure and consistency. Drive to Succeed, Heart to Serve. You love closing deals, but even more, you love helping people. Family law is personal, and you show up with compassion. Bilingual Bonus. Spanish or Creole speakers are especially encouraged to apply (but it's not required). Pay : $40,000–$45,000 base + bonuses (6-figure OTE expected). Schedule : 40 hours / week (Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturdays or early evenings as needed). Location : In-office | Tamarac, FL Connect with Potential Clients – Be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal services and guide them with compassion and confidence . Qualify & Convert Leads – Listen to prospective clients, assess their needs, and communicate the value of our legal services to help them take the next step. Scheduled Consultations – Appointments are scheduled by our intake team to ensure they feel supported throughout the intake process. Meet & Exceed Sales Goals – Drive revenue growth by achieving conversion targets and providing exceptional client service . Stay Organized & Efficient – Manage client interactions using CRM software , track lead conversion rates, and complete necessary administrative tasks in a timely manner. Participate with our marketing team so that you can bring your own experience to the table to drive qualified leads to our office. Collaborate with the Legal Team – Maintain strong internal communication to ensure a seamless handoff of clients from the intake team to our attorneys. 2+ years of sales experience in a client-facing role (legal, financial services, or high-touch customer service preferred). Excellent communication & active listening skills – Ability to connect with people, build trust, and overcome objections . Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated – Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets . Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot experience a plus). Bilingual Preferred – While not required, Spanish-speaking and Creole-speaking candidates will have a competitive advantage. Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up efficiently. Compassionate & Client-Focused – You understand that family law matters are deeply personal, and you know how to balance sales expertise with genuine care . Experience in a law firm, insurance, or medical services sales is a plus. Culture is also important, so we need someone who works independently while getting along with others.
