About The Position

Job Description & Requirements

Sonographer - Diagnostic - (Sonography - Sono)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 12 D / E / N

Pay Rate : $1756.47 - $1924.64

SHIFT : Varies 8’s 10’s and 12’s with mainly 12’s, could be 7AM-7 : 30PM, 7AM-5 : 30PM or 8AM-5PM

• Type of patients on the unit : Inpatient, Outpatient and ER

REQUIRED :

Graduate of an accredited Medical Sonography or Radiology Technology Program required.

Registered Vascular Specialist (RSV) or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) from ARDMS, CCI, or ARRT is required.

BLS is required.

1-2 years exp in vascular ultrasound preferred.

Weekend Requirement

Weekends required

On Call Requirement

Call required and must have own transportation

Floating Requirement / Locations

Floating required between two campuses

Nurse / Patient Ratio

10-15 cases per day

Summary : Summary :

Performs advanced cardiac and vascular circulation diagnostic exams using echo, ultrasound, and / or Doppler equipment.
