Subrogation Litigation Specialist

A company is looking for a Subrogation Litigation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

Uphold strict client confidentiality protocols

Provide information to clients regarding the viability of pursuing litigation

Prepare demand documentation and ensure timely remittance of funds collected by attorneys

Qualifications and Requirements :

Preferred knowledge of the civil legal process and / or commercial collections

Must have Salesforce expertise

Demonstrate an understanding of the urgency required to maximize recoveries

Good computer skills and strong customer service experience

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse set of personalities
