Description:

Seeking experienced maintenance technician to join our team. Duties are as follows:

Painting

plumbing

electrical

Pressure Washing

General Maintenance

Light Housekeeping

Requirements:

MUST have General Knowledge of commercial plumbing and general construction repair.

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE ( i.e: construction; plumbing; electrical; ect...)

MUST Have the ability to climb ladders; squat; kneel for extended periods and be able to lift up to 40lbs..

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS STATE REQUIRED BACKGROUND CHECK

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
