Andra Hem is a small luxury cocktail lounge in Rittenhouse. The Scandinavian architectural design leverages craftsmanship and contemporary design. The craft cocktail experience and locally sourced menu of Swedish food has been reviewed in Esquire Top 40 and Food and Wine Top 15 Bars in American in its first year of being open. Now we are expanding shifts to meet demand, and new team members will have an opportunity to help continue to build the brand and work with the exceptional opening team. We are currently hiring for a part time Host.

Minimum 1 year of Host experience.

Skills required :

The right candidate must have a positive attitude and excellent work ethic. Prior knowledge / use of Resy is a plus.

Qualified Hosts will :

Have a strong sense for hospitality

Manage the flow of guests and provide accurate wait times to incoming guests

Confirm all reservations

Possess the ability to tend to guests needs and requests

Answer incoming calls and return any voicemail messages

Stay organized and be able to multitask

Help staff by clearing tables and replenish water when necessary

Possess the ability to stand as well as move up and down stairs periodically

Perform other duties as assigned

Be a team player

Create a memorable experience to build repeat business
