  • Partner with Brand Marketing Team to support cross-team initiatives (e.g., budgeting and business planning, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Thought Leader Liaison Urology counterpart, along with field teams to ensure coordinated engagement.
  • Expand ORGOVYX's presence and network into oncology centers of excellence and leading academic institutions.
  • Build relationships with GU oncologists and radiation oncologists shaping the prostate cancer treatment paradigm.
  • Lead ORGOVYX presence and engagement at major oncology congresses (ASCO, ASCO GU, ASTRO) and regional meetings, setting objectives and capturing actionable insights.
  • Design and execute innovative engagement formats outside of congresses (e.g., advisory boards, webinars, digital programs).
  • Capture and analyze oncology-specific insights (sequencing, multi-modality approaches) using KIQ / KIT frameworks to guide brand strategy.
  • Oversee speaker contracting and execution of prostate cancer-focused KOL engagement, ensuring compliance requirements and alignment with overall brand strategy.
  • Ensure all materials created for KOL engagement are compliant from a legal, medical and regulatory perspective through the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process.
  • Provide timely written summaries of medical oncology and radiation oncology engagements with actionable input to support ORGOVYX.
  • Serve as a thought partner to internal leadership on evolving oncology market dynamics and multidisciplinary prostate cancer care.

Key Core Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with credibility among clinical leaders in prostate cancer.
  • Strong knowledge of the prostate cancer treatment landscape, particularly multi-modality care involving ORGOVYX.
  • Strategic acumen and ability to synthesize oncology insights into business impact.
  • Advanced project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High standards of compliance, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • High degree of organizational awareness, with ability to connect the dots to understand all interdependencies and see the big picture.
  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 1015 years (w / o Master's) or 812 years (with Master's) of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with oncology experience strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success engaging oncology and radiation oncology KOLs at both academic and community levels.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (5070%).
  • The base salary range for this role is $190,800 to $238,500.
