Family Practice Physician - Conyers, GA (New Grads Welcome, Sign-on / Relocation Available)
Locations : Winder, GA | Conyers, GA | McDonough, GA
Shifts & Schedule : Flexible (4 days x 10-hour shifts)
Position Overview : We are seeking a Family Practice Physician (MD or DO) to provide exceptional primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to older adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and routine wellness visits.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Promote preventive health practices and patient education.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes.
- Provide supervision and delegation to NPs and PAs as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient charts.
