A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to manage sales opportunities and support the sales team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the central point of contact for logistics across multiple new-logo sales opportunities
Track and maintain CRM data for active deals to ensure accuracy and transparency
Produce and deliver polished proposals while coordinating with internal teams for alignment
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a coordinator, project coordinator, or account coordinator role
Experience supporting a sales or business development team
Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot or similar
Background in professional services, such as agency, consulting, or development firms
Experience with proposals or contracts, including SOWs and MSAs
