Job Title : Land Acquisitions and Permitting Project Manager

Job Location : 17725 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77094

Job Overview : The Land Acquisitions / Permitting Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and review process of CBAC's permitting projects, for its new store growth program.

Essential Responsibilities : This will include, but not be limited to :

• Managing, reviewing and processing complex development and land use projects as a project manager
• Facilitating development review meetings with cities, property owners, developers, consultants and staff
• Interpreting design guidelines, land uses, zoning codes, and ordinances
• Supervising planning staff on various department procedures and processes
• Delegating work, reviewing work, effectively communicating inter-departmentally with the construction, finance, franchise, legal, and leadership teams on project timelines

Education / Certifications

Essential Skills and Experience : The ideal candidate must have at least 5-7 years of commercial permit and land development management experience. The requisite experience must include, but will not be limited to :

Additional Information

Base Salary : Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Workplace Environment :

This role will be accountable to the Christian Brothers Automotive brand including : Franchisees, Support Center team, and the Leadership team. The Project Manager will directly report to the Director of Land Acquisitions and Permitting.
