Compensation : $60,000 - $120,000
Responsibilities :
“Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customersSupervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experienceHold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needsProspect for new leads to promote new businessConsistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipelineQualifications :
A valid Real Estate License is required for this jobOrganized and manages time effectivelySelf-motivation and driveWillingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologiesA proven record of sales experience and success is preferredAbility to communicate effectively (oral and written)About Company
