What you'll do

As our Staff Solutions Engineer, you're the technical authority ensuring our biggest clients get world-class implementations.

You'll work across our London and US operations, owning technical excellence for Tier 1 enterprise clients (Blackstone, Boston Properties, Eastdil, and similar) while developing the team and systems that make great delivery repeatable.

Day to day, you will :

Own technical delivery and relationship depth for our most complex Tier 1 implementations - the deals where technical credibility and execution quality directly determine expansion and renewal outcomes

Lead the evolution from ad-hoc solutions engineering to systematic delivery capability by identifying patterns, creating frameworks, and defining what good looks like at scale

Coach and elevate the solutions engineering team through pairing, technical reviews, and translating your expertise into transferable knowledge

Engage directly with client technical leadership and data teams on architectural decisions, integration approaches, and technical risk assessment - you're the person who can hold your own with a PE firm's CTO or a REIT's Head of Data

Design and implement the most technically demanding engineering solutions across our platform, including complex multi-step workflows, novel document types, and edge cases that push our capabilities

Serve as the technical voice of the customer to product and engineering, translating delivery experience into roadmap priorities backed by data on client impact and delivery efficiency

Build the infrastructure for delivery excellence - templates, quality standards, troubleshooting playbooks, and documentation that makes the team more effective

Travel periodically (15-20%) to client sites and between London / US offices for critical implementations, relationship building, and team development

What we're looking for

You're a senior technical practitioner who's seen solutions engineering at scale and knows the difference between heroic individual delivery and building systematic capability. You've been the person who gets called in when implementations are high-stakes or technically gnarly, and you're ready to multiply your impact by elevating a team.

You bring :

Deep experience in engineering, solving complex problems for enterprise customers.

Track record of owning delivery outcomes for complex enterprise clients where your technical judgment and relationship credibility directly impacted commercial results

Ability to operate at multiple altitudes : pair programming with an engineer in the morning, then explaining technical strategy to a client's C-suite in the afternoon

Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills - you can look at a failing workflow, identify root cause quickly, and know whether to fix it, escalate it, or redesign it

Experience coaching technical teams, with evidence that you've made others more effective rather than just doing the work yourself

An expert in generative AI and prompt engineering - you don't just use the tools, you understand the architectural tradeoffs and can design solutions that work reliably in production at enterprise scale

Comfort with ambiguity and the judgment to know when to follow established patterns versus when the situation demands a custom approach

Startup resilience - you've delivered under pressure, adapted to rapid change, and understand that at our stage, everyone does what's needed to win

Bonus points if you have :

Experience in real estate, financial services, legal, or other document-heavy industries where accuracy and edge cases matter enormously

Previous experience at a high-growth B2B company scaling from ARR rapidly, where you saw what breaks and what works

Background working across international teams or distributed delivery models

Direct experience with PE firms, REITs, or institutional real estate investors
