Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics and assist in selecting benefit plans Contact care providers on behalf of customers for appointment scheduling and support Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience Experience with Windows PC applications and ability to learn complex systems Ability to work full-time, 8-hour shifts during specified business hours
