This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support. Troy Internal Medicine , located at 1401 Massachusetts Avenue Troy, NY has a long tradition of providing high-quality internal medicine to the community. The team provides routine adult healthcare, including care for chronic medical conditions; preventative health and wellness service; cancer screening; and promotion of a healthy lifestyle. HIGHLIGHTS : Options for 4 or 5 day work week Minimal call responsibility with RN triage Physician governed organization with physician led JOC APP Collaboration which provides an additional source of compensation Opportunities for teaching (1st year AMC students and precepting NP / PA students) Opportunity for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired Opportunities for physician leadership / administrative work are available if interested. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS : Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine NYS License DEA RECRUITMENT PACKAGE : St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes : Starting compensation is between $250,000 and $260,000 with ability to earn additional money in productivity. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
