Job Description Job Description Job Title : Quality Control Analyst Job Description As a Quality Control Analyst, you will perform product tests and measurements in line with product specifications and ensure the integrity of the production process by addressing any non-conforming issues. You will monitor production activities according to established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and oversee the approval of product specifications and line start-ups. Responsibilities Conduct necessary actions, adjustments, and changes to correct non-conforming issues. Monitor production activities in line with GMP standards. Approve product specifications and oversee line start-ups. Document and provide test results for product line start-ups. Perform assigned audits and inspections in a timely manner. Summarize and create quality data for customer shipments, including generating Certificates of Analysis (COA). Initiate and record product holds as necessary. Conduct final product release for shipments. Assemble and file production test retains and records. Essential Skills At least 1 years of quality inspection experience in a regulated or packaging environment. Experience in Flexible Packaging, Food, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical quality is . Proficiency in documenting results in both paper and electronic formats using Word, Excel, and the proprietary system, WinSPC. Strong skills in quality control and inspection. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Knowledge in Flexible, Food, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical Packaging. Work Environment The Quality Control Analyst will work alongside production personnel to perform quality checks on products, spending approximately 95% of the time on the production floor. The role follows a Sunday through Thursday 3rd shift schedule, starting at 11 : 00 p.m. and ending around 7 : 00 / 7 : 30 a.m., with 40 to 45 hours of work per week. Initial training will occur on the 1st shift for four to eight weeks before transitioning to the 3rd shift. Weekend overtime is voluntary unless planned in advance, occurring roughly once every 2 to 3 months. The environment is fast-paced, requiring quality checks and audits every 20 to 30 minutes on each production line. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 / hr.
