What You'll Do :

Greet patients with a smile and ensure a smooth check-in / check-out experience

Schedule appointments and follow up with new patient inquiries

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

Verify insurance benefits and update patient records accurately

Handle daily payments, balance receipts, and manage deposit reports

Assist with scanning and maintaining digital patient files

What We're Looking For :

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Prior experience in a medical or chiropractic office is a plus, but not required

Work Schedule :

Monday & Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 30 PM, 2 : 30 PM – 6 : 00 PM

Tuesday & Friday : 7 : 00 AM – 12 : 30 PM

Thursday : 9 : 00 AM – 12 : 30 PM, 2 : 30 PM – 6 : 00 PM

No weekends!

Occasional staff meetings over lunch
