Associate Scientist

Position located in Rochester, MN

Responsibilities of the Associate Scientist :

• Conduct both standard and custom molecular assays in line with internal protocols and applicable quality guidelines.
• Perform nucleic acid extractions from a range of biological sources including preclinical, clinical, and exploratory sample types.
• Assist with the execution of immunoassays (ELISA) and cell-based analytical methods.
• Maintain accurate and complete laboratory records, including study documentation and experiment logs.
• Support recombinant DNA workflows, including construct assembly (e.g., Gibson Assembly, PCR, restriction digestion), plasmid purification, and in vitro transcription to generate positive assay materials.
