Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure our properties remain in top condition. Your primary duties will include preparing units for new tenants, conducting routine maintenance, and executing apartment renovations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for new tenants and manage unit turnovers.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct apartment renovation and demolition projects.
• Execute preventative maintenance to ensure property upkeep.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00 / hr.
