Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Travel ICU RN – General Med Surg ICU (ASAP Start) Location : Helena, Montana Shift : 3x12 Days Contract duration : 13 weeks Radius Rule : 200 miles Gross weekly : $2,504 / 36hrs Stipend included in gross : $1,442 / wk W2 Pay : $29.50 / hr Position Overview We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join the General Med Surg ICU team for an ASAP start. This role requires a high-level clinician with strong critical care expertise and the ability to manage a broad range of complex, high-acuity conditions. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, confident in floating to related units, and experienced in fast-paced environments. Schedule & Unit Expectations General Medical / Surgical ICU Must be willing to float to Med Surg units as needed Clinical Requirements Experience : Minimum 4 years of ICU experience required Previous travel experience is mandatory Certifications (must be active at submission) : BLS ACLS PALS NIHSS Licensure : Active Montana (MT) RN license or Compact RN license EMR : Epic required Patient Population / Case Types The RN must be proficient in managing : Respiratory failure DKA STEMI Overdose / Detox CHF Complex post-operative surgical patients General Med / Surg ICU cases Why Work with Binding Minds Healthcare At Binding Minds Healthcare , we believe great care starts with great people.
