Production Manager

A company is looking for a Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide leadership and support to a team of Title Leads, Title Searchers, and Title Examiners across multiple states

Manage daily processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with service metrics

Facilitate effective communication within the team and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent education, training, and experience

Minimum of 5 years of prior supervisory or management experience

5+ years of business management experience in the closing / title / real estate industry

Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn new technical applications

Must be available to work during core business hours with flexibility for extended hours as needed
