WSP is seeking a Civil / Geotechnical Engineer to join our Mine Waste team, based in Lakewood, Colorado, with consideration for other locations for exceptional candidates. Be involved in challenging mining, heavy civil, and geotechnical projects as part of a regional team.

Your Impact

• Work on civil and geotechnical engineering projects for the mining industry
• Perform geotechnical investigations, site characterization, and design of facilities
• Analyze slope stability, seepage, consolidation, liner systems, and surface water management
• Prepare technical reports and assist in project design packages
• Conduct field assignments domestically and internationally
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and support technical proposals
• Manage and mentor junior engineers
• Ensure safety compliance and complete training

Benefits & Compensation

Competitive salary range : $73,100 - $114,000 (Colorado : $73,100 - $107,000), with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid leave.
