Quality Engineer

Volt is immediately hiring for a Quality Engineer (Electronics Manufacturing) in Carlsbad, CA.

As a Quality Engineer , you will :

• Champion quality across all stages of production-monitoring, auditing, and improving processes for maximum efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and implement robust procedures, work instructions, and documentation aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations.
• Lead initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance safety.
• Train and mentor quality technicians and production staff on best practices, inspection techniques, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate quality requirements into new product launches and process changes.
• Manage supplier performance through audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs.
• Drive special projects and contribute to strategic quality initiatives that elevate customer satisfaction.

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have :

Salary : $75,000 - $87,000 per year.

Benefits : Since this is a Direct Hire role, benefits will be provided by the employer.
