Hybrid : Miramar, FL, Local candidates highly preferred, Dallas, TX considered as well

Domain experience in food / beverage, distribution, retail is highly preferred

Must have excellent, clear communication - communication is key as this role will be interfacing and presenting to stakeholders
5+ years of IT Solution Analyst experience - this is NOT an engineer role
Experience launching a cyber resiliency program
Understanding of cyber resilience, disaster recovery, ransomware and out of band communication
Strong experience with data restore and Microsoft 365
Experience with enterprise systems - file management, file repository, file cloud
Experience presenting to stakeholders
Experience rolling out Enterprise Content Management systems like SharePoint, OpenText

JD : Responsibilities :

Act as Solution Lead for cyber resiliency project

Resolve transaction / data / process discrepancies.

Help to determine opportunities to automate, streamline, and standardize data and or processes.

Creates business requirements documents and knows enough about a platform / technology to create functional specs for use in building a technical solution through configuration or coding.

May do some light configuration and use tools (Alteryx, SQL, etc.) to do the work required to do analysis.

Gather and analyze data, interpret gathered data and find patterns and trends in the analyzed data

Submit reports to the relevant department heads and management

Help management and other teams achieve business goals and needs

Formulate procedural manuals for departments

Develop tools in support of the functions

Define, track and monitor KPIs

Identify and mitigate risks

Communicate systems and procedural changes to end users through excellent written and oral communication

Support the education and training of end users, working to increase end user proficiency and adoption of implemented solutions

Understand, communicate, and reinforce standard process concepts and methodology within the ETP organization Requirements :

5+ years as a Solution Analyst leading medium to complex systems development multi-milliondollar projects at one time

Experience with launching cyber resiliency program

Experience with cyber resilience, disaster recovery, ransomware and out of band communication

Strong understanding of data restore and Microsoft 365

Knowledge of enterprise systems - file management, file repository, file cloud

Experience rolling out Enterprise Content Management systems like SharePoint, OpenText

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Capability to understand application portfolio as well as how the different systems contribute to daily business operations

Ability to build, coach and lead teams with Agile delivery values

Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision-making and quantitative analysis skills to provide insights into performance and efficiency opportunities

Must be self-directed, autonomous, and yet be able to work well with multiple individuals at all levels of the organization on a regular basis
