Psychologist - Flint, MI - ( Sign on bonus up to $5000 )

We're looking for a Licensed Psychologist with experience in behavioral health to join our team. This role involves assessments, treatment planning, staff training, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support clients' behavioral and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations

Develop and write behavior treatment plans (BTPs), quarterly reviews, and assessments

Provide staff training on behavior strategies and positive interventions

Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and psychiatrists to coordinate care

Monitor program implementation and provide progress updates

Advocate for clients' rights and support a person-centered, trauma-informed care environment

Qualifications :

Doctoral Degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD)

Valid Michigan Psychology Licensure (or eligible for Limited License)

Current or prior experience with behavioral health issues

Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
