As part of the Finance, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, MBA interns play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making, financial insight, and operational excellence. You will work closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional partners to deliver data-driven recommendations that shape the future of Intuit's customer success and growth strategy. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology, finance, and customer impactand who want to make a real difference from day one.
Responsibilities include :
- Partner with finance and business teams to develop short- and long-term strategic and financial plans, identifying opportunities for investment and growth.
- Build and refine financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and ROI.
- Support scenario modeling and forecasting for customer success operations, resource allocation, and investment prioritization.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline planning, reporting, and performance management.
- Leverage Intuit's AI-first mindset to identify ways to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Support the month-end close and budget optimization process through analysis and reporting.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, balancing financial discipline with business agility.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
Qualifications :
Currently enrolled in an MBA program, ideally with a focus on Finance, Strategy, or Operations.35 years of pre-MBA professional experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar analytical fields.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Hyperion Essbase a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience conveying insights to senior audiences.A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Collaborative team player with a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and sense of humor.Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
