Role Overview :

Reporting to the VP Relationships team for Americas, we are seeking a Software Development Consultant to work with Daon clients and partners in delivering identity assurance solutions. The ideal candidate has a versatile software engineer background with backend development expertise and the flexibility to work across multiple technology stacks. The role calls for an individual with working knowledge of mobile platformsspecifically iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin / Java) and Web (React, Angular) to support integration, troubleshooting, and implementation in customer environments.

Essential Functions and Role Responsibilities :

• Deliver on assigned software design, development, testing, and documentation tasks.
• Work closely with the team to understand requirements and technology to ensure functional requirements are met by a delivered solution.
• Participate in daily status meetings to share status, learn what others on the team are up to, and pitch in when you can.
• Apply software development best practices to development and configuration management tasks.
• Accurately estimate time needed for completion of tasks.
• Escalate issues to management team.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, consulting customers on best practices for deployment, integration, and operational excellence.
