Responsibilities

• Welcome your team to daily pre-shift meetings, providing communication of important details and engaging information
• Ensure team members are assigned to a position they are trained in and have the resources to do their work
• Hold team members accountable to core safety, quality, and production policies, practices, procedures, and guidelines
• Audit the production areas for compliance with 5S requirements
• Recommend improvements to any process, procedure, or practice within the organization to help the team and results
• Accurate and timely completion of payroll, time-off approvals, and communication to team members and payroll
• Training assessments
• Accurate and timely entry of work orders to match production inventory
• Take time to help employees understand not only what is going on each day, but also the why
• Support the team members professionally to achieve their hour-by-hour goals

Qualifications

We are looking for a strong people leader who combines solid manufacturing knowledge, team building skills and the ability to assess priorities and act decisively within a fast-paced, demanding environment.
