Admissions Assistant Responsibilities:

• Coordinate admissions and conduct facility tours
• Ensure paperwork is accurate and complete
• Liaise between admissions office and facility
• Assemble admissions and marketing packets
• Prepare resident rooms and welcome new arrivals
• Conduct satisfaction surveys
• Collaborate with other departments
• Understand insurance basics (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.)
• Represent us at marketing events
• Make customer service calls to families of discharged patients
• Address and resolve concerns
• Participate in social media campaigns
• Develop community partnerships
• Meet census goals

Admissions Assistant Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Experience in LTC/SNF
• Great communication skills
• Knowledge of state regulations
• Team player and independent worker
