Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their legal team and support commercial growth and corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS Agreements and NDAs

Manage the commercial contracting lifecycle and improve legal workflows

Advise cross-functional teams on legal risks, compliance, and support M&A activities

Required Qualifications

JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership

6+ years of relevant experience, with a mix of law firm and in-house roles

Expertise in commercial contracting within SaaS or technology companies

Familiarity with privacy and data protection laws

Experience supporting corporate transactions or M&A
