Required Skills :

Valid Kentucky LPN license

Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills

Ability to work independently and handle a correctional environment professionally

Flexibility to work 3x12-hour day shifts (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) on a rotating basis, including EOW and holidays if needed

Nice to Have Skills :

Prior correctional healthcare experience preferred but not required

Experience in psych or acute hospital settings is considered a plus

Preferred Education and Experience :

Licensed Practical Nurse with relevant clinical experience

Correctional or hospital background is advantageous but not mandatory

Other Requirements :

Ability to obtain necessary clearances and certifications for correctional facility work

Willingness to work on a rotating schedule including major holidays
