Real Estate Attorney

A company is looking for a Real Estate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Lead efforts to support the origination and closing of real estate assets in the United States

Manage a pipeline of deals and facilitate communication between various teams

Negotiate and draft documents for commercial real estate transactions and conduct due diligence

Required Qualifications

4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm

Experience with solar / wind ground leases and / or wireless leases is a plus

Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state

Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship

Fluent with technology and remote work
