About the Role
Coyuchi is looking for an Ecommerce Site Merchandising Associate to own day-to-day on-site visual and product merchandising on coyuchi.com. You will be responsible for delivering engaging experiences on Coyuchi.com through merchandising, content and optimized landing pages. The ideal candidate has experience working in ecommerce, is detail oriented, energetic, an all-around problem solver and has a passion for home / interior design. This position will report to the Director of Digital Product.
You will be Responsible for
- Manage day-to-day digital merchandising activities including collection page merchandising, landing page curation and daily auditing, re-merchandising on an ongoing basis.
- Take an active part in briefing on-site content and collaborating across teams to execute marketing priorities around new product launches, campaigns, seasonal activations and promotions.
- Assist in managing the product catalog including setting up new products / editing existing products and consistently auditing to ensure accuracy of product descriptions, imagery, inventory, etc.
- Take a proactive role in website review and clean-up initiatives related to product descriptions, tags, promo text, metadata, image consistency, etc.
- Propose and brief content blocks for PLPs to assist in storytelling and / or product upselling
- Manage PDP upsell to drive UPT and AOV via cross-selling
- Use product and category page performance to help guide merchandising decisions
- Participate in A / B testing idea generation and execution.
- Continuously review the website to ensure all information is current, accurate and relevant
- Help to manage third party ecommerce tools including reviews, onsite search, product recommendations, A / B testing, etc.

2+ years experience in site merchandising and site content managementMust have experience working in Shopify Plus, Searchspring and GA4Experience with content landing page applications (e.g. Maker)Strong communication and project management skills with ability to work well both cross-functionally and independentlySelf-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reportingAbility to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environmentHigh taste level in website aesthetics and shopability with a passion for home / interior designSavvy with systems and technology; proficient in GSuite, MS Office Suite (Excel), and project management systems (e.g. Asana)
