Carpenter Position

Key Responsibilities
- Site Management : Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Team Leadership : Partner with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Stakeholder Management : Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including owners. Adapt communication to the stakeholders needs, providing consistent and accurate updates on project scope and timeline.
- Quality Control : Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and in compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes.
- Safety Management : Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
- Scheduling : Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes and unforeseen challenges.
- Budget Management : Monitor project costs, ensure work is performed within budget constraints, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, inspections, and other relevant documentation.
- Problem Solving : Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site promptly and effectively.
