Patient Financial Counselor LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Patient Financial Counselor for our healthcare client located in Robbinsdale. This position will be 100% onsite and a contract-to-hire opportunity for our client, Monday-Friday, full-time hours. This position will be focused on helping patients to understand their insurance eligibility and coverage, copay expectations, and create payment plans as needed for account balances. Interested individuals must be compassionate and be able to read and interpret EOBs to patients. This will be a high-volume, patient facing position, connecting with patients throughout the day. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years patient collections / patient financial counseling
• Epic EMR experience
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation
