We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Azure Integration Services Engineer to lead our team in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions within the Microsoft Azure platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud integration, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Azure services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:

    Lead and mentor a team of Azure Integration Engineers.

    Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and team performance.

    Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

    Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

  • Integration Solution Development:

    Design and implement integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management).

    Design and develop integrations using Azure Function Apps and C#.

    Ensure seamless integration of various systems, databases, and applications.

    Develop and maintain APIs and other integration components.

    Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

    Implement containerization solutions using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Azure integration services.

  • Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Experience in developing integrations in the Azure cloud environment.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and deployment processes.

  • Strong knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management).

  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., C#, .NET).

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.

  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture and design principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer).

  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms and integration tools (ERP, CRM, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $97,700 - $196,400

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
