A company is looking for an HRIS Business Analyst - Global Support. Key Responsibilities Maintain and optimize HR systems to support HR and business initiatives Collaborate with HR and IT to evaluate business needs and potential solutions Support system upgrades, testing, documentation, and user inquiries Required Qualifications Four-year degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in HRIS or HR systems support preferred Experience with HRIS platforms and processes such as onboarding and performance management Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
