Description :

Clinical therapy experience is necessary for this position.

NC licensure is not required.

Hotel, meals, and stipend will be included.

Ensure the prescreen is completed and attached upon submission.

A resume and license verification also need to be attached.

Failure to complete and attach these items may result in candidate decline.

Covid testing must be completed 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours before the start date.

Please review the credentialing checklist prior to submission.

References are required.

A county criminal check will be conducted for the past 7 years for all locations lived and worked.

Federal criminal checks will also be conducted for the past 7 years or more.

A multi-state criminal search and nationwide sex offender search will be performed for the past 7 years or more.

HHS / OIG and GSA searches will be completed.

A Social Security Number trace will be conducted.

A one-step PPD or Quantiferon proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray are required.

A SAM search will be conducted.

Fingerprinting is required only if the contractor has lived in NC for less than 5 years.

Position urgency is normal.

Holiday coverage is not required.
