Description of responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as Scrum Master and / or Project Manager for the CLV initiative, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, business analysts, testers, and business stakeholders to align project goals and execution.
• Manage Jira boards, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure clear communication across technical and business teams.
• Translate high-level data science concepts into actionable project plans and stakeholder updates.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with marketing and customer strategy teams.
