Job Title : Occupational Therapist

License : Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing in Pennsylvania
Certifications : Active CPR certification, 2-Step PPD or TB blood test
Must-Have : Experience in skilled nursing / rehab or older adult care preferred

This travel role offers the flexibility of a contract position with the heart of a close-knit, mission-driven environment.
Evaluate and treat residents to improve independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other team members.
Provide caregiver and family training to support safe and successful transitions.
Document patient progress using EMR for efficient workflows.
Contribute to a positive and engaging therapy culture where teamwork and compassion shine.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
You should be a compassionate, team-oriented therapist.
A state and federal background check and fingerprinting are required if not a resident for two consecutive years.
MMR and Hep B status must also be verified.
