Job description

Everything To Gain is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Executive to join our team in Austin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs, propose customized solutions, and build lasting relationships to foster client loyalty and engagement. As an Account Executive, your goal will be to drive sales growth and elevate the client experience by effectively conveying the value of our offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in similar sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
