Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift (2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM)
Join a fast-growing manufacturing team committed to quality, safety, and innovation. We’re seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive performance, and support a collaborative culture.
Location : New Berlin, WI
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and motivate production staff to meet daily goals.
Assign workflow based on production plans and scorecards.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with maintenance and leadership.
Maintain audit-ready standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization.
Monitor inventory and communicate variances.
Provide training on equipment and safety procedures.
Support continuous improvement and equipment validation efforts.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details : $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
