This job :

We're hiring our first Growth Marketer. Someone who can understand the product deeply, learn fast, experiment often, and help us reach more creatives and teams. You'll work across messaging, website, analytics, launches, and early channels like SEO.

If you're comfortable switching between copy, design, data, and execution - and you enjoy figuring out what makes people sign up, return, and share - you'll fit well here.

What you'll do :

• Build the dashboards, events, and instrumentation you need to understand activation, usage, and drop off points across the customer journey.
• Design and ship experiments that move activation, conversion and retention. This will include landing pages, SEO pages, emails, lifecycle nudges, and anything that helps people get value faster.
• Build the foundations of our growth function : processes, surfaces, and systems that can help us learn faster and compound wins over time.
• Work closely with sales, product, and engineering to share learnings, align on priorities, and support both self-serve and enterprise growth.
