Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Travel Registered Nurse for a reputable hospital in Wichita, Kansas. This assignment offers a competitive weekly rate of $1,900 based on a 3x12s Night shift schedule. Key Responsibilities of the Travel PICU RN:

• Provide continuous, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill infants and children
• Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, drips, and advanced life-support equipment
• Identify and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with pediatric intensivists, physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support and educate families throughout the patient's care journey
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR

Requirements of the Travel PICU RN:

• Active Kansas RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to manage high-acuity pediatric cases
