Job descriptionDay Shift. 7am - 3 : 30pm. Ensure patient safety by preventing injury from external sources and following all safety protocols. Operate and maintain endoscopic equipment, reporting and addressing any unsafe conditions. Serve as a patient advocate by voicing safety concerns and ensuring proper care. Handle and label specimens according to facility protocols. Maintain a sterile field, preparing and organizing instruments and supplies for procedures. Follow infection prevention protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintains current certification / licensure as required for position. 1 year of Endo Tech experience. Prior experience as a GI Tech preferred. BLS from the American Heart Association required. High School Graduate or equivalent. Registered Nurses (RN) Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) Travel Nursing Quality Assurance / Review, Performance Improvement, HEDIS Nursing Leadership Case Management Technologists : Medical, Laboratory, Cardiac, RadTech, X-Ray Therapy : Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Social Work : LCSW / LMSW, Case Management, Care Coordination Med Support : Medical Assistants, Phlebotomy, Surgical / Sterile Techs Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs Dental Hygienist, Dental Assistants Practice Management Clinical Operations Administrative Support Reception, Clerical, Call Center Claims Appeals / Denials / Reimbursement Insurance Pre-Authorizations Medical Billing / Coding 401k retirement plan Weekly pay
