Job Description

Develop and maintain the site logistics plan for the project. Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor. Perform constructability reviews. Direct field operations to operate according to the "plan" and in an efficient manner. Conduct foreman's meetings. Participate in progress meetings with the team and or owners. Follow up on RFIs, submittals, as-builts and changes. Administering the safety program for the project. Conducting and ensuring quality control in accordance with the established project quality assurance program.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years specializing in commercial construction as a Superintendent. Must have data center or mission critical project experience. Ready to step into a senior level role. Strong oral communication and written skills. Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, technical manuals, product / material installation instructions and engineering / architectural drawings. Collaboration with other Project Managers and the Team to develop, refine, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are identified and tracked.

What's on Offer

$150,000 - 185,000 base salary (depending on experience). Housing provided. Monthly stipend for food and living. Truck allowance. Gas card & fuel card. Cell phone allowance. Flights every other week covered as needed. Toll Tag. Performance-based bonus (individual & company).
