POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Sr Coordinator, CRM to support multi-channel retention efforts. This individual will report to the Sr Director of Performance Marketing and be responsible for helping to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, driving sales, increasing customer engagement, optimizing the CRM program for maximum performance, leveraging iterative testing and data analysis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in Email and SMS Marketing.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support daily operations of the CRM program, including but not limited to developing CRM marketing briefs, QA of all Email / SMS campaigns, and analysis and optimization of key business metrics within retention channels
- Build content daily within Klaviyo and Attentive, as provided by the creative team, making shifts based on learnings and / or business trends.
- Report weekly on program performance, including identifying top and bottom performing content, list growth and health, overall program trends.
- Continuously optimize segmentation strategy to elevate the customer experience, and maintain optimal engagement and deliverability
- Optimize sign-up units to maximize capture rate and customer acquisition
- Maintain triggered flows based on promotional calendar and seasonality
- Assist in the development, execution, and evaluation of A / B testing across channels to develop best practices playbook
- Continuously monitor and report on the competitive landscape with a focus on the retention marketing and CRM space
- Work with the paid team to align retention content and messaging across channels
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field2-4 years’ experience in CRM marketing (Email + SMS); Klaviyo and Attentive experience strongly preferredExperience implementing and managing email and SMS campaigns driven by personalization, behavioral data, and customer segmentationExperience with Figma strongly preferredStrong attention to detail, self-motivation and ability to work collaborativelyExceptionally strong written, verbal and interpersonal communicationProven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to be on-site in our HQ Office in Lower Manhattan 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)Demonstrated alignment with Tommy John core values : Humble, Adaptable, Mindful, GSD 2.0, & CuriousSalary Range : $80,000 - $90,000 annually
