Senior Roadway Engineer

ELEMENT Engineering Group has an incredible opportunity for an experienced Roadway Engineer to join their growing team in Orlando. This individual will be an integral part of the ELEMENT Roadway Group by leading the design for a wide variety of transportation projects, providing guidance and support to junior staff, and reviewing plans and documentation to help ensure ELEMENT maintains our reputation for quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as lead technical engineer and / or engineer of record for roadway design projects
• Direct and assist the preparation of roadway plans, calculations, and documentation
• Conduct field reviews
• Perform quality control reviews
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients and colleagues
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Support marketing pursuits and business development efforts
