We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in our Fargo location. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of six direct reports, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive their individual and collective success.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and develop effective sales strategies.
• Community engagement experience with proven ability to navigate and work with Chambers and other community associations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our sales approach.
