About the role

The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support across the company, including setting up and maintaining employee laptops, managing SaaS applications, and supporting enterprise systems. This full-time, non-exempt position will report to the IT Manager.

PAY RANGE is $30-$35 / hour

IN-OFFICE at Carrollton, Texas headquarters

Full time, non-exempt, hourly position

What you'll do

• Sets up and configures computers and workstations for new employees.
• Provides hardware and software support for employee laptops, primarily Dell / Windows devices.
• Manages and tracks shared usernames, passwords, and digital resources securely.
• Monitors, administers, and optimizes company-wide SaaS services.
• Recommends new technology solutions to improve efficiency.
• Provides first-line technical support for the ERP (Odoo) and e-commerce (BigCommerce) systems.
• Assists with licensing and troubleshooting for enterprise applications, including CAD software.
• Maintains accurate records of IT assets, service agreements, and licenses.
• Documents IT procedures and creates repeatable onboarding / offboarding processes.
• Facilitates training for company-wide systems and software.
• Maintains network equipment.
• Supports and participates in cross-department technology projects.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Reports to the IT Manager.
