Job descriptionAssociates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school; B.S.N or three-year diploma may substitute. No dialysis experience required; we provide comprehensive training. Flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is a plus but not mandatory. At DaVita, we are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to join our outpatient dialysis center in Erie, Pennsylvania. This is your chance to provide exceptional care to patients dealing with chronic kidney disease, with immediate training and flexible scheduling options available.
What You'll Do
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Deliver care to patients with unique treatment plans, leveraging a broad range of nursing skills.
- Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs for patient observations and machine setup.
- Float to various clinics during and after your training, enhancing your experience.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, using your head, heart, and hands each day.
